To begin an order with us, simply print out this order form / worksheet, and mail, fax or email it to us. Please attach a separate sheet with any other information that you would like us to know such as wedding colours, style etc.

INVITATION DEPOSIT We do require you to send in this order form along with a $300 non-refundable deposit before we do any layout work for you.
SAVE THE DATES, PROGRAMS, MENUS ETC We do require you to send in this order form along with a 50% non-refundable deposit before we do any layout work for you.
The $300.00 OR 50% start up includes: layout of your artwork, paper and ink samples, personal web page for you to view as many layouts as would like to see, and final laser text proofs mailed or faxed. There is no charge for changes before actual printing has begun. We will deduct the $300.00 at time of your final approval.
After your final approval and full payment is received by us, your order is shipped according to your production schedule. If for some reason you cannot complete your order, the $300.00 deposit is nonrefundable. DHL ground shipping is standard. You will have to sign for your package.
